Our hand warmers will help to soothe aches and pains, reduce muscle and joint pain and keep you snuggly on the cold days and nights. Do you suffer from headaches or migraines? Simply heat 1 x hand warmer and place over your forehead to provide natural pain- relief.

What are Lupins?
Lupins come from the legume family, traditionally used in Mediterranean cooking.
Lupins are a great alternative to rice or wheat as they retain heat for 3 times longer than traditional heat packs, are resistant to moisture, allergy and odour free and provide a natural way to assist with healing.
Heating - Place flat in microwave and heat in 30 second intervals.
Do not heat for longer than 1 1/2 minutes.
Cooling - Use as a cool pack by storing in the freezer in an air-tight bag.
Approximately 10cm x 14cm filled with 175g each of lupins.
Beautifully presented in a kraft brown box, with hand warmers wrapped in our signature tissue
paper. 2 x hand warmers per box.
